How it plays
Pothole is an attack. You play it on your Drive, aimed at one other driver, and it takes a single hubcap unless that driver stops it. It is a The Road Itself card, so only a The Road Itself Save — or a The Road Itself Aftermarket already parked in front of them — turns it away.
When to use it
No more than two cards may be aimed at the same driver in one Drive, so Pothole is worth spending on a driver who has already burned their The Road Itself defense, or one sitting on an empty hand after a long Drive. A face-down Trap on the field makes it stronger still: if they reach for a Save, someone can wreck it.
