Play on a driver. They lose 1 hubcap to the driver on their left and 1 to the driver on their right, unless they block it with an Other People Save or Aftermarket.

How it plays
Cut Off is an attack. You play it on your Drive, aimed at one other driver, and it splashes the table unless that driver stops it. It is an Other People card, so only an Other People Save — or an Other People Aftermarket already parked in front of them — turns it away.
When to use it
No more than two cards may be aimed at the same driver in one Drive, so Cut Off is worth spending on a driver who has already burned their Other People defense, or one sitting on an empty hand after a long Drive. A face-down Trap on the field makes it stronger still: if they reach for a Save, someone can wreck it.
