How it plays
Fog Bank is an attack. You play it on your Drive, aimed at one other driver, and it takes a single hubcap unless that driver stops it. It is an Acts of God card, so only an Acts of God Save — or an Acts of God Aftermarket already parked in front of them — turns it away.
When to use it
No more than two cards may be aimed at the same driver in one Drive, so Fog Bank is worth spending on a driver who has already burned their Acts of God defense, or one sitting on an empty hand after a long Drive. A face-down Trap on the field makes it stronger still: if they reach for a Save, someone can wreck it.
