Pile-Up
Play when another driver's hazard is declared. If it lands, the target also loses 1 hubcap to you, unless they block this with an Other People Save or Aftermarket. One per hazard.

How it plays
Pile-Up is an Insult to Injury, and it is not a card you open with: you play it on someone else's Hazard, once that accident is already happening. It is white-striped, which means it carries no colour, so no Save and no Aftermarket stops it.
When to use it
A hand full of Saves is no protection from Pile-Up, so it is the way through the driver who is best defended. The catch is that it needs someone else's Hazard to ride on, so holding it means waiting for the right accident — and the two-card limit on a Drive counts Hazards and Violations only, so an Insult never uses up that allowance.
