Dashcam
Play when another driver's hazard is declared. If it lands, you take the hubcap instead of them. One per hazard.

How it plays
Dashcam is an Insult to Injury, and it is not a card you open with: you play it on someone else's Hazard, once that accident is already happening. It is white-striped, which means it carries no colour, so no Save and no Aftermarket stops it.
When to use it
A hand full of Saves is no protection from Dashcam, so it is the way through the driver who is best defended. The catch is that it needs someone else's Hazard to ride on, so holding it means waiting for the right accident — and the two-card limit on a Drive counts Hazards and Violations only, so an Insult never uses up that allowance.
